Where do your tiles come from?+
We work directly with importers who bring in current-season collections from Italian, Spanish and Portuguese mills. Every tile is curated for our catalogue rather than catalogued for the sake of it.
How does shipping work?+
Tiles ship on pallets via our freight network, picked up direct from the importer warehouse. You get a live quote at checkout based on your postcode and order size. Most metro orders land in 5 to 10 business days.
What if a tile arrives broken?+
Photograph the pallet on arrival before you sign. If anything's damaged in transit, send us the photos within 48 hours and we'll replace the affected boxes free of charge.
Can I return tiles I don't end up using?+
Unopened, full boxes can be returned within 30 days for a refund minus return freight. We don't accept partial-box or cut-tile returns.
